Commercial Snow Removal in Fond du Lac, WI
Parking lots, drive lanes and dock approaches cleared before your first shift shows up.
A commercial lot is not a big driveway. It has traffic patterns, fire lanes, dock approaches, curb lines, islands and drainage that all have to survive the winter. Push snow into the wrong corner in December and you pay for it in March.
We plow commercial property in Fond du Lac and the surrounding towns. Loaders with box pushers on the open lots, skid steers in the tight spots, plow trucks on drive lanes and approaches. Every property gets a site plan before the first storm, so the crew running it at 3am knows exactly where the snow goes.

See the full service areaCommercial and residential are not the same job
A residential route is one pass and a driveway apron. Commercial work is a scheduled operation — equipment staged before the snow starts, crews assigned to specific properties, and a service window that has to hold whether the storm ends at 9pm or 5am.
The equipment is different too. A pickup plow that handles a driveway in four minutes will spend two hours on a retail lot and leave windrows across every stall. Loaders with box pushers move volume; trucks clean the edges. Matching the machine to the property is most of the difference between a lot that is clear at 6am and one that is not.
Long storms and multiple visits
Wisconsin storms do not always cooperate with a single visit. On a long-duration event we run continuous or staged service so the lot never gets ahead of us. Clearing during the storm keeps depths manageable and stops traffic from packing snow into ice.
Properties that stay open through a storm — medical, industrial, 24-hour operations — get zero-tolerance service, where crews stay on site or cycle back on a fixed interval. Properties that close overnight typically get one overnight clear plus a morning touch-up.
Seasonal contracts and per-event pricing
A seasonal contract is a flat rate for the winter. Your budget is fixed in October and does not move whether it snows fifteen times or forty. Most property managers prefer it because it is predictable and easy to get approved.
Per-event pricing bills by the visit, based on your trigger depth. It costs less in a light winter and more in a heavy one. We will quote either, and we will tell you which one actually fits your property instead of steering you to the one we prefer.
Questions
Commercial Snow Removal FAQs
If the answer you need is not here, call and ask.
How quickly do you get to our property after it starts snowing?
Contracted properties sit on a route with an assigned crew and a trigger depth. When accumulation hits that depth we mobilize automatically — no phone call needed. Lots that close overnight are generally cleared before opening.
Can you handle large parking lots?
Yes. Large open lots run with wheel loaders and box pushers, which move far more volume per pass than trucks. Retail centers, industrial sites and multi-tenant properties are the work we are set up for.
Do you offer seasonal contracts or per-push pricing?
Both. Seasonal is a flat winter rate; per-event bills by the visit. We will walk your property and quote whichever fits, and explain the trade-off honestly.
What happens during a storm that lasts all day?
Long events get multiple visits or continuous service depending on your contract. Clearing during the storm keeps depth manageable and stops traffic from packing snow into ice that is far harder to remove later.
What happens if snow piles start blocking parking spaces?
We map stacking zones before the season so piles land where they do not cost you stalls or sight lines. When a heavy winter outgrows those zones, we quote hauling the piles off site.
How far in advance should we set up commercial snow service?
Early fall. Routes fill by late October and site walks take time to schedule. Signing in September or October also means your site plan is finished before the first event rather than during it.
